Update From Our PTO

Dear Sacred Heart Families:

It is hard to believe we are almost to the midpoint of the school year.  This year has had many challenges, but our kids have handled it with great courage and resiliency.  As you have likely noticed, many of our typical activities have been altered or eliminated as a result of the pandemic.  PTO has been one of those activities.  Despite the challenges we were able to host a successful spaghetti dinner and our pie sales were even more profitable.  Despite decreased field trips and adventures for our students, PTO funds are still being used to support the school and students with AR parties, special student celebrations, and supplies for the classrooms.  With the decrease in funds requested for student activities we have been able to be more supportive of classroom needs.  We remain hopeful we will be able to end the school year with a field trip and a celebration.  We will likely host a pick up only fish dinner in the spring and have a final pie sale for Easter.  We appreciate your continued support of the fundraisers and look forward to seeing you at future PTO meetings.

Sincerely,

Crystal Kiser, PTO President
